  • 4x storage cover supports
  • Alcohol wipes
  • (optional) flat platform parts

Instructions

Steps to Install

  1. Pretend to read these directions.
  2. Clear out storage area if needed.
  3. Familiarize yourself with the storage cover brackets and naming convention. See image below.
  4. Use provided alcohol wipes to clean storage cover bracket locations in the truck. See photo below.
  5. Install each support bracket in the positions shown above. These brackets support the far ends of the covers so place them as close to the left or right of the storage area as shown.
    1. IMPORTANT: For lasting performance - clean storage cover bracket mounting area with alcohol wipe before installing with provided mounting 3M adhesive. This adhesive is considered permanent so use caution when installing.
    2. If you need to remove this in the future, you can remove using some prying force and residue can be removed with Goo Gone or rubbing alcohol.
    3. You can peel the 3M backing tape from the top down, but leave the 'foot' section on. This allows you to slide the bracket tight against the plastic but not have it stick on the bottom just yet. EX:

Once you have the long side stuck, you can pull out the red backing to stick the bottom.

  1. Install replacement dividers in place as shown in the image above. These will be tight, push them down as far as possible.
  2. Now install each storage cover panel.
    1. Note, the driver's side storage cover panel is slightly wider to match the wider area of that section of under seat storage. Each panel should sit nearly in the middle of each divider.

If you purchased the flat platform as well, continue to the next steps for assembly. Ensure all parts are accounted for as shown in the image below. We like to assemble everything upside down.

  1. Start by assembling the 4 leg parts (2 tall and 2 short), these slot in as shown.
  2. Then add the 8 braces (the smaller parts that run perpendicular to the legs).

  • Some of these joints might be tight, this is by design to eliminate the need for fasteners and allow for disassembly if needed.
  • If you want a permanent assembly, wood glue can be used. We recommend the Tite bond series, but any will do.
